The Gwrych Castle Preservation Trust (GCPT - The Client) are seeking to appoint a contractor to deliver a programme of repair, re-roofing and new floors to the historically significant (Grade I listed) Gwrych Castle near Abergele.The Questionnaire & Quality Submission document forms an initial pre-qualification exercise.NOTE: To register your interest in this notice and obtain any additional information please visit the Sell2Wales Web Site at https://www.sell2wales.gov.wales/Search/Search_Switch.aspx?ID=146835. Your request to participate should arrive no later than 17th January 2025 at 5pm. The Client reserves the right to reject any response which is received after this deadline. On receipt of the responses, the Client will perform an evaluation of Responses in accordance with the scoring matrix detailed below.
