This is a Contract Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to The Mote Medical Practice to deliver primary medical services in Staplehurst, Kent, as a branch surgery with the current patient list (by allocation while noting patient registration choice) from 1st April 2025. Lot 1: This is an Intention to Award Notice to award using the Most Suitable Provider Process to The Mote Medical Practice to deliver primary medical services in Staplehurst, Kent, as a branch surgery with the current patient list (by allocation while noting patient registration choice) from 1st April 2025.<br/><br/>The value of the contract per annum is £706, 680.04. The lifetime value of the contract cannot be calculated due to the GMS contract being held in perpetuity. <br/><br/>The Mote Medical Practice are a new provider for the provision of primary medical services at the Staplehurst site, but they are an existing GMS Contract holder. <br/><br/>The contract variation to the existing providers GMS contract will be effective from 1st April 2025. There is no end date as contract is in perpetuity.
