Tender description
The project is to design, supply, install and commission a Local Smart Grid (LSG) adjacent to an existing ground mounted Solar PV Installation of 1.00 MWp on land at Killan Fach Farm, Dunvant, SA2 7US (the Site).The LSG will be connected to existing infrastructure at the solar farm battery installation, which is subsequently connected to Western Power’s 11kV overhead line on the Distribution Network.The LSG Works shall include:1. Supply, delivery and installation of an LSG in accordance with the specification including:a. Barn direct supply including installation of new efficient produce chiller.b. Agricultural businesses direct supply to replace existing with extension to toilet block for lightingc. Office direct supply to include enabling heatpump replacement for existing electric radiatorsd. 2 x 50kW fast chargers to upgrade existing EV chargerse. Smart metering and control systemf.
