Tender description

Multi Trade works to support both Housing and non Housing requirements Lot 1: Electrical Work Provision of electrical trades - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within the company. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken through from Selection stage. Lot 2: Plumbing Work Provision of plumbing trades - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their company. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be take from Selection stage to the Invitation To Tender Lot 3: Building (including Plastering) work Provision of building work, including plastering - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. Lot 4: Joinery Work Provision of joinery work - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. Lot 5: Roofing Work Provision of Roofing work - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. Lot 6: Tiling Work Provision of tiling work - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. Lot 7: Landscaping work Provision of landscaping work - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. Lot 8: Painting / decorating work Provision of painting and decorating work - smaller project work. Provider must have at least 4 trades people within their organisation. Additional information: Between 3 and 8 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender stage. Lot 9: Multi Trades Provider Provision of multiple trade services. Provider must offer at least 4 trades from the following list: Electrical Plumbing Building (inc plastering) Joinery Roofing Tiling Painting / Decorating Each trade offered must have at least 4 trades people per trade. Additional information: No more than 6 providers will be taken from Selection to Invitation To Tender.
