This Notice is to inform the market of an upcoming procurement event for a civils and buildings minor works framework for the Elizabeth Line. This is not a call for competition. Any contractor that is interested in this procurement event is required to be registered on RISQS via the below link: https://www.risqs.org/ Transport for London anticipates that expressions of interest and supplier questionnaires shall be issued to contractors registered in RISQS under the following product codes: Lot 1 Civils Specialism (a) Bridges and Structures C.C.1.1.2 and C.C.1.1.3 and C.C.1.1.4 and sub-category 'modify' Specialism (b) Platforms C.D.7.1 and C.D.7.2 and sub-category 'modify' Specialism (c) construction work C.D.2.11 and sub-categories 'Modify' and 'Overhaul' Lot 2 Buildings Specialism (a) Roofs and Canopies C.D.2.1 and C.D.4.1 and sub-category 'modify' Specialism (b) Staircases and Walkways C.D.2.2 and C.D.7.4 and sub-category 'modify' Lot 1: Lot 1 - Civils Lot 1 will cover minor works across three areas of specialism: (a) bridges and structures, (b) platforms and (c) general station construction. Lot 2: Lot 2 - Buildings Lot 2 will cover minor works across two areas of specialism: (a) roofs and canopies and (b) staircases and walkways.
