Re-Roofing and Renovation works at education and research centre, Our Lady's Hospice and Care Services Harold's Cross D6WRY72, This building has sustained damage due to water ingress through the roof for a prolonged period of time, In order to address this issue, a new roof covering is to be installed. The existing mechanical and electrical are also been replaced/upgraded and repairs are to be undertaken to the existing foul and surface systems, internal decoration upon completion of above. The staff from the building will be relocated during these works but furniture and equipment will remain which will need to be protected.
