Bournemouth Town Centre Summer Entertainment Programme and Bar

BCP Council (‘The Council’) is seeking bids for a Contractor to operate an entertainment programme and bar within the Bournemouth Town Centre starting in Summer 2024 The contract will start for the year 2024 with the intended dates being 12th July – 1st September 2024. The contract is for three years with the option to extend annually for a further two years (3+1+1). Therefore, if all extensions were taken, the full length of the contract would be for five years. The contractor will be required to operate an event to animate Bournemouth Town Centre over the busy summer period. It should be a fresh and unique offering with high quality design which will fit in a contemporary town centre. The offering should be themed with a strong focus on ‘the event’. As part of this offering there is the opportunity for alcohol provision alongside catering and retail starting in Summer 2024.
