Adult ADHD Assessment Services

Tender description

NHS Devon has undertaken to commission adult ADHD assessment services from appropriately qualified and accredited providers in line with NHS Right to Choose legislation. The service is to provide comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment for ADHD needs. Having completed the NHS Devon accreditation process under Right To Choose, LaTahzan Ltd was awarded a contract for the period 24/01/2024 - 31/03/2025. This is an activity-based contract with no guaranteed value. Lot 1: Provision of adult ADHD assessment services from appropriately qualified and accredited providers in line with NHS Right to Choose legislation. The service is to provide comprehensive assessment and appropriate treatment for ADHD needs. Having completed the NHS Devon accreditation process under Right To Choose, LaTahzan Ltd was awarded a contract for the period 24/01/2024 - 31/03/2025. This is an activity-based contract with no guaranteed value. Additional information: The services are healthcare services falling within Schedule 3 to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("the Regulations") which are not subject to the full regime of the Regulations, but is instead governed by the "Light Touch Regime" contained within Chapter 3, Section 7 of the Regulations (Regulations 74 to 77).
