Asset Valuation Surveying Services

Tender description

Waterways Ireland require the services of Professional Valuers to provide valuations of Waterways Ireland Assets including Reinstatement/Rebuild Valuations. Waterways Ireland will also require the services of a Quantity Surveyor to provide services for Operational Assets. The tender has been broken down into 3 lots. Lot 1 Rebuild/Reinstatement. Corporate Services require valuations for insurance purposes on the cost of rebuild/reinstatement. Lot 2 Waterways Irelands Properties. Finance together with Property and Legal require valuations on Waterways Ireland assets. Lot 3 New Operational Assets. Waterways Ireland require the preparation of the bills of quantity derived from actual construction costs/based on measurements to be taken of completed structures. The tender notice is posted on www.etenders.gov.ie under CfT ID 4790118. To participate please register on the portal and download the tender documents. Request for clarification and submission of tenders must be made through the same portal. Lot Rebuild/Reinstatement: Lot1 Lot 1 - Corporate Services require valuations for insurance purposes on the cost of rebuild/reinstatement. Lot Waterways Irelands Properties: Lot 2 Finance together with Property & Legal require valuations on Waterways Ireland assets. Lot New Operational Assets: lot 3 Waterways Ireland require the preparation of the bills of quantity derived from actual construction costs/based on measurements to be taken of completed structures. These are used for valuation of assets in the financial statements on a Depreciated Replacement Cost basis. This requires the services of a quantity surveyor.
