Tender description

The project comprises the construction of a retaining wall to the front face of wall C only at St Helens Churchyard Annex / rear of 11 & 13 Washfield Crescent, Treeton. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 4th September 2023 and will run for a period of 22 weeks making the expiry date 26th April 2024. This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under the YORbuild3 (South) Minor Works Framework, Lot 1 (£0-£1m).
