Maintenance, Servicing and Works in Halton - Mechanical, Electrical and Building

The purpose of these contracts are to provide the following services for Halton Borough Council owned and managed buildings within the borough: Planned preventative maintenance Reactive breakdown Repair and replacement services New Works Contracts: Lot 1 – Mechanical Lot 2 – Electrical Lot 3 – Building Lot 1: Mechanical Mechanical Maintenance, Services and Works. Additional information: Please note: the estimated value of this contract has been stated as GBP 7000000.00. This is an estimate as this is a call-off contract and is based on a 12-month extension being offered and accepted. The estimated value would decrease to potentially GBP 5250000.00 if the extension was not offered. Lot 2: Electrical Electrical Maintenance, Services and Works. Additional information: Please note: the estimated value of this contract has been stated as GBP 8000000.00. This is an estimate as this is a call-off contract and is based on a 12-month extension being offered and accepted. The estimated value would decrease to potentially GBP 6000000.00 if the extension was not offered Lot 3: Building Building Maintenance, Services and Works. Additional information: There is one 12 month extension option, beyond the initial three year contract period, to be given at the discretion of Council. Please note: the estimated contract value of 7,000,000 is based on the extension option being given. If the extension is not offered then the estimated contract value could reduce to approx. 5,250,000. There is no guarantee regarding these figures and not all work is known at this time so the figures in this notice are purely estimates.
