A cashless parking solution is required to enable people parking within the Falkirk Council area the ability to pay for parking at any on-street and off street parking location by using a mobile telephone and a debit/credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with parking payment services accessible twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Lot 1: The procurement offers cashless parking provision through multiple safe, secure channels to both regular and occasional (guest) customers, which include access to a voice call to a local-rate telephone number Interactive Voice Response system (IVR), as well as contact centre, smartphone apps, SMS text message, web, mobile web, kiosk and touchscreen, in-car (OEM dashboard, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto) and retail (PayPoint) services.
