The proposed works consist of internal conversion works and fit-out of a portion of the ground floor at Waterford Garda Station. Alterations to combine two existing rooms into one space and conversion of the adjoining rooms into two office/meeting rooms and a tea station, to include internal finishes and all associated mechanical and electrical works.
