Tender description

Clanmil Housing wishes to appoint an experienced research partner to provide a customer feedback solution. The solution should cover the collection, display, analysis and reporting and of both positive and negative customer feedback including the ability to highlight areas of significant concern in a timely manner. We would like a partner that can support Clanmil to develop its response to survey findings to ensure that resources are used in the most effective way to drive up satisfaction. We would like to be able to benchmark with other housing providers and other ‘best in class’ customer service organisations; we would like you to explain how you could do this. Clanmil is currently developing a digital strategy, and we will need you to be able to keep pace with our technological change and improvement. We will also need you to be cognisant of the industry and aligned with Housing Standards, along with regional and national developments.
