Tender description

The work comprises the complete external redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces to the sites listed and the redecoration of communal internal areas such as those to flats, foyers, supported accommodation. The work also includes the external decoration of uncoated (not new) cement rendered and Tyrolean rendered external walls (unless specifically excluded), as well as full decoration to any Through Colour Render and Composite weather board style external cladding. Cleaning PVCu windows, gutters and pipes, etc. is also included. Lot A: South Devon (Plymouth & West Devon) The work comprises the complete external redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces to the sites listed and the redecoration of communal internal areas such as those to flats, foyers, supported accommodation. The work also includes the external decoration of uncoated (not new) cement rendered and Tyrolean rendered external walls (unless specifically excluded), as well as full decoration to any Through Colour Render and Composite weather board style external cladding. Cleaning PVCu windows, gutters and pipes, etc. is also included. Lot B: South Devon (South Hams, Teignbridge & Torbay) The work comprises the complete external redecoration of all previously decorated surfaces to the sites listed and the redecoration of communal internal areas such as those to flats, foyers, supported accommodation.
