The model has been used to help care leavers and other young people with complex situations including histories of mental health and criminal behaviour’s, and a lack of family and support networks sustain accommodation.. West Lothian Council approved a direct award without competitive tendering activity at the Council Executive Meeting on 22 October 2024.
