Tender description

SNG are tendering for a framework for development new builds, refurbishment projects and construction management. The framework will be split into 12 lots based on geography and value bands across the South of the UK. Lot 1: London and East - up to £15 Million Construction of new build developments and refurbishments works for values up to £15 Million. Lot 2: London and East - £15 to £45 Million Construction of new build developments and refurbishment works for values of £15 to £45 Million. Lot 3: London and East - above £45 Million Construction of new build developments and refurbishment works for values above £45 Million. Lot 4: London and East - Construction Management Construction Management Services Lot 5: South Region - up to £15 Million Construction of new build developments and refurbishment works for values of up to £15 Million. Lot 6: South Region - £15 to £45 Million Construction of new build developments and refurbishment works for values of £15 to £45 Million.
