Cyclical Painting Works Lot 1: Almond Housing Association proposes to undertake cyclical decoration works to all properties and garages that the Association manage throughout West Lothian over a 4 year framework. Three contractors will be appointed to the framework. The winning bidder will be appointed as the preferred contractor, with the second and third placed contractors being in reserve. There is no guarantee any contractor will be awarded any work.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
