Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council requires a Contractor for the construction of 76 residential flats over four separate buildings, creation of a new park, bike stores, refuse bin stores, associated parking, any highway works required and all associated hard and soft landscaping at the main Hawkwood Road car park, Boscombe. BH5 1BY. We are engaging with the supply market early to seek new and innovative ideas and better understand what is possible. This will inform our requirements and promote the planned tender process.
