Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust, on behalf of the South London Partnership (SLP) are seeking a <br/>social care provider to join us in the day to day management and support of a 24 hour supported <br/>hostel in partnership with our Forensic Community Service (FCS) team that includes our Consultant <br/>Clinical Psychologist and Approved Clinician, Forensic Community Psychiatric Nurse (FCPN), <br/>Occupational Therapist, Senior Social Worker/Clinical Team Leader and Consultant Psychiatrist. <br/>Mariposa House is supported accommodation commissioned by the South London Partnership <br/>(SLP) for women who are ready to progress from secure conditions, but due to their complexity are <br/>unsuitable for generic community placements.
