Commercial Lifts - Servicing, Repair and Maintenance

Tender description

The contract covers the provision of a comprehensive maintenance contract and schedule of rates repair contract. On all Commercial Lifting Equipment inc Goods and passenger lift, through floor lifts, platform lifts etc in dwellings or communal areas located throughout the UK. The maintenance contract is to include equipment not necessarily manufactured or fitted by the Contractor. The number of lifts is variable but currently comprises the following categories: - The lots consist of Lot 1 North and LCR region (217 lifts) and Lot 2 the South region (397 lifts) Lot 1: Lot 1 – North and Liverpool City Region (LCR) The contract covers the provision of a comprehensive maintenance contract and schedule of rates repair contract.
