Maintenance, product management and ongoing development of a judicial case management system

Tender description

Jersey’s court service is seeking suppliers to deploy, maintain, enhance and support its open-source judicial case management system. It has an Angular front end and a NestJS, Prisma and PostgreSQL back end, running on Azure. The tender is for two lots: lot 1 includes setting up and maintaining the Azure environments, ongoing product management – including liaison with developers in other countries that use the same system – and occasional user training. Lot 2 is for full-stack developers to enhance the system on an ongoing basis. Suppliers will collaborate with the Government of Jersey’s IT department to ensure the system meets technical standards. Both lots include support for the system in Jersey’s time zone (GMT/BST). Suppliers may bid for either or both lots. The initial contract is for two years, with the potential to extend for a further two years. Keywords: software development
