Tender for Completion of West End Avenue Housing Scheme, Smethwick Completion of new build housing scheme at West End Avenue, consisting of 11 separate new dwellings (11 houses)- 7 no. 2 bed semi-detached housing, 1 no. 4 bed detached housing and 3 no. 4 bed semi-detached housing. With associated hard and soft landscaped areas, below ground drainage and adopted highways works.
