'Meet The Buyer' Day

Castlehill Housing Association are hosting a 'Meet The Buyer' event on Monday 4th November 2024, at their premises at 11 Waverley Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1XH. This event has been scheduled prior to their upcoming maintenance framework tender opportunity being issued in January 2025, with the intention of helping all potential tendering contractors understand what CHA will be looking for in terms of a tender submission for these works, and also offering any clarification required as to how any bids are and will be evaluated from a procurement perspective. Lot 1: This framework opportunity is intended to cover a wide range of reactive, cyclical and void property maintenance work to be undertaken by CHA over the next 4 years. A wide range of Builder, Joiner, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical (including upkeep of fire alarm systems and all associated fittings, emergency lighting etc), Decoration (to internal, external and communal areas), Drainage and Cleaning works will be required at various locations throughout Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire and Moray. The Contract will be divided into lots based on both location and trade, so that contractors can bid for specific work in specific areas only if they wish.
