Market Engagement Event for the procurement of a concession contract for electric vehicle charging infrastructure utilising LEVI funding (OZEV)

Tender description

Cheshire East Council would like to invite organisations to attend a market consultation event (on Microsoft Teams) to review and feedback on the approach and specification for the upcoming procurement to distribute LEVI funding from OZEV. A questionnaire is attached to the market consultation event on www.the-chest.org.uk along DN744968 with a draft version of the specification for review and comment. All feedback must be received via the chest prior to 1st November 2024 at 12 noon via the chest to be considered. The market engagement event will be held on 24th October 2024 10am-12pm. Further details are contained in this prior information notice at section II.2.4 which outlines the matters on which the Authority is seeking feedback and views from the market. The Authority is seeking responses to its Soft Market Testing Questionnaire in advance of the deadline of 1st November 2024. Responses should be submitted through www.the-chest.org.uk Participation in this market engagement exercise is not a requirement for participation in any future procurement process undertaken by the Authority, nor is it intended that any responses received to the Soft Market Testing Questionnaire have the effect of distorting future competition or violating the principles of non-discrimination and transparency. All clarification questions should be directed through www.the-chest.org.uk as individual queries cannot be answered outside of this process.
