Construction of a multimillion-pound campus for the Tyne Coast College

Tender description

Tyne Coast College ("the College") has selected Constellia Public Limited ("Constellia") to act as its development partner to deliver various works for the College. Constellia are required to appoint a main contractor via its AEC Neutral Vendor Omni CPV framework to deliver the programme of works (construction costs TBA), which includes (but is not limited to) the design and construction of a multimillion-pound campus for the College. Interested contractors are requested to register on the Constellia marketplace www.constellia.net and should contact hannah.stanworth@constellia.com (quoting ref TCC001) for more information. Interested contractors must successfully register on the Constellia marketplace by 14th October 2014. Interested contractors who have successfully registered will then be invited to submit an Expression of Interest which will allow Constellia to compile a list of potential contractors that it may invite to tender by way of mini-competition for the works, which may be tendered in one lot or multiple lots as required by the College.
