Provision of Temporary Accommodation in Flintshire

Flintshire County Council are posting this notice to ascertain the level of interest in the market to provide this service with a view to a possible full tender exercise in the future. Flintshire County Council seeks to procure the services of a provider for the purposes of providing Temporary Accommodation. Flintshire County Council are seeking a provider who can provide accommodation to be utilised as Temporary Accommodation. It is expected that the accommodation will not be Bed and Breakfast, hostel, or hotel accommodation. The properties are expected to be all located in the Flintshire area. Flintshire are looking at a provider to provide approximately 50 units of temporary accommodation for a variety of clients (single, couples and families). Accommodation will be purchased and renovated by the provider and Flintshire will pay a nightly rate per room once renovated and ready to let. Flintshire would expect the provider to maintain, manage and clean their own properties. As the clients who utilise Temporary Accommodation are usually vulnerable and a low level support service for clients would be expected by the provider.
