Tender description

The London Borough of Lambeth (the "Council") wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the re-development of the Myatt's field depot which includes demolition of the existing depot buildings and replacing it with a greener and more efficient building. The re-development plan would transform the current depot to create a: • A new multi-use space, with dining seating for approx. 30 people, or 'seminar' seating for Approximately 50 people • New, larger catering and teaching kitchen • New staff and volunteer facilities including tea point and WC • New visitor facilities including AWC and WC • New access arrangement from street and local landscape for events • Office accommodation for Streetscape and Park Manager • Income from hire of the new meeting space and kitchen
