Refurbishment of a Bathroom for the British Embassy Copenhagen

Tender description

A contract with a company that can provide full refurbishment of a bathroom. The scope requires an experienced contractor in the delivery of: 1. Plumbing and masonry work in bathrooms. 2. Ensure safe, proper, and efficient operation of the equipment, systems, installations and facilities. 3. Fully compliant with all contractual obligations, national, and international laws and with H&S and environmental requirements, as specified by the Authority and appropriate legislation. 4. Removing the shower cabin, bathtub and toilet. 5. Removing all bathroom floor tiles and wall tiles. 6. Installation of a wet room sealant and replacement of all broken tiles. Current floor is built on MDF therefore a new floor constructed. 7. New tiles placed. 8. Shower cabin built. 9. New shower installation. 10. Bathtub and toilet reinstalled.
