The IBTS are inviting for Tender a contracted supplier to provide a painting service for the full repaint of the National Blood Centre as specified in User Requirement Document Of non GMP area which includes meeting rooms, offices. library, canteen. atrium wooden flooring, all wooden panels, all walls and plaster interior walls interior, ceilings were paintable and wooden doors and metal doors and architraves, skirting’s, coving, Toilets, changing rooms, shower facilities, Library, canteen, walkways and staircases, reception areas and wooden floors in atrium. Clinic located in non GMP area to be painted as detailed in a GMP setting. Of GMP area which includes Laboratory’s, offices, all walls and plaster walls interior, ceilings and wooden and metal doors and architraves, skirting’s, coving, walkways and staircases, toilets, changing rooms, shower facilities, meeting rooms, stores and store rooms and any wooden panels if applicable. External areas to include four x metal front entrance canopy’s, railings and yard entrance gate, pillars, external building walls were paintable, revels sills and plinths. Supporting drawing of the National Blood Centre locations of where painting is required is included in the Tender document
