The Client invites proposals for the provision of specialist technical, economic and commercial advice to support its oversight of the Stations Programme. The Client will require the support of technical and economic advisors who are highly capable, with the knowledge and ability to support the Station Enhancements Team with the management and delivery of new and existing station projects, with the clear aim of achieving maximum benefits for railway passengers and best value for money on government investments.
