RA344777 - Hire of Loadbank Package - 30MVA @ 11kV

Tender description

We are looking to hire load bank package (weekly rate) and a contingency plan. This will be for approx. a 6 month period. We therefore need companies to quote for: i. Yearly fees to be a priority client and given a confirmed "Contingency Plan" ii. Initial Hire Costs which should include the Hire of 30MVA load banks @11kV connection to our switchgear, including: a. Delivery, Installation, Commissioning of all items required to fulfil our load bank requirement. b. Weekly hire costs of all equipment to fulfil our load bank requirement, with a six-month schedule c. Fuel storage and consumption of all hired equipment to fulfil our load bank requirement. d. Environmental and Sound assessments of all hired equipment to fulfil our load bank requirement. e. Maintenance and condition monitoring plan, including callout procedure to rectify any issues to ensure we maintain 100% capacity of the load banks. Any additional costs must be detailed. f. Disconnection, Removal and Collection of all hired items on completion of the hired period. Please see attached PDF of pictorial detail of the site and application.
