Monaghan County Council wish to tender for Assigned Certifier for Design Build Contracts in County Monaghan

Consultant’s are invited to act as part of the Employer’s consultant team and to undertake the role of Assigned Certifier, and to monitor the project throughout construction on site, to issue the defects certificate and the following Stages ((iii) Partial Tender action / evaluation / award stage (iv) Construction and Stage (v) Handover of Works). Covers the Assigned Certifier role for the following projects; The Provision of 51 D and B Units at Slí Lorcáin Proposed Housing, Latlorcan, Monaghan, Co. Monaghan The Provision of 21 D and B Units at Slí Na Coille Proposed Housing, Slí Na Coille, Mullaghmatt, Co.Monaghan The works consist of the supply, erection and installation of 51 and 21 design and build housing units and all associated site works including but not restricted to site preparation, services diversions, foundations and ground slabs, site services, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping as outlined in the Works Requirements.
