For the Provision of a Customer Census

Our new Corporate Strategy, delivering for our customers and communities, refocuses us back to our core housing role. Customers is one of 5 key themes – “Our services will be shaped with our customers with their voices heard in our business every day”. We plan to conduct a full ‘census’ survey across our whole customer base in 2024 so that we can get to know our customers better and learn about their needs and aspirations. We are already conducting the Regulator’s Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey, and are surveying 200 customers per month, so want this survey to complement rather than duplicate that.
