Electric Vehicle Charge Point installation across Wales and Cross Borders Stations Phase 2

Tender description

Transport for Wales (TfW) (the Contracting Authority) is carrying out a concession procurement advertised in the Find a Tender Service (FTS) via Sell2 Wales, under the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016 to procure Electric Vehicle Charge Point installation across Wales and Cross Borders Stations services under a concession turnover agreement. Lot 1: Via open competition, Transport for Wales (TfW) (the Buyer) is seeking a concession arrangement to secure a supplier to provide electric vehicle (EV) charge point infrastructure for use by railway car park station passengers/users i.e. a concession agreement securing all goods , Services and Works including all planning, design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, maintenance, financial mechanisms and decommissioning of all above ground infrastructure, equipment, systems and other components required to achieve the functionality and levels of performance specified in the tender documents.. A sole operator is sought to form a long term partnership with Transport for Wales. The agreement term is 20 years plus the estimated 2 years for implementation.
