Construction of a New Clubhouse at Boyle Celtic Football Ground Knocknashee, Boyle, County Roscommon

Boyle Celtic football club are currently undergoing the major redevelopment of its grounds in Boyle Co. Roscommon. The ongoing development incorporates various elements which were planned to be undertaken in phases. To date the upgrade of the playing pitches to “all weather” 4G playing surfaces, provision of LED floodlighting system, erection of security fencing, construction of surface water drainage outfall, construction and surfacing of onsite carparking have all been completed. The construction of a 160 seater spectator stand has commenced and will be completed in Aug 2024 prior to the commencement of these works on the new clubhouse. The final phase of the development involves the construction of the new clubhouse building which is the subject of this invitation to Tender. Please refer to the tender documentation provided.
