Tender description
Forestry England intend to award a framework contract for civil engineering maintenance and minor works. The framework will be divided into 16 geographic lots, with a 2 Suppliers per lot. Suppliers may bid for any, or all, of the framework lots. The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are essential to provide access to the nations forests for all activities undertaken by Forestry England, through the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets. Construction of larger scale civil engineering infrastructure will be managed under a new civil engineering dynamic purchasing system. Lot 1: North – Kielder The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are for the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets. This facilitates safe access for our staff and volunteers to care for our forests and for visitors to enjoy the benefits they provide to society. Lot 2: North - Lakes The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are for the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets. This facilitates safe access for our staff and volunteers to care for our forests and for visitors to enjoy the benefits they provide to society. Lot 3: Yorkshire The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are for the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets. This facilitates safe access for our staff and volunteers to care for our forests and for visitors to enjoy the benefits they provide to society. Lot 4: Central – Delamere & Cannock The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are for the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets. This facilitates safe access for our staff and volunteers to care for our forests and for visitors to enjoy the benefits they provide to society. Lot 5: Central - Sherwood The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are for the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets. This facilitates safe access for our staff and volunteers to care for our forests and for visitors to enjoy the benefits they provide to society. Lot 6: Central - Fineshade and Salcey The civil engineering activities delivered through this framework are for the regular maintenance and upkeep of our rural infrastructure and associated assets.
