Supply and Delivery of Washroom Services including Clinical waste

The College requires a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective Washroom and Clinical Material & Waste Service including washroom services, disposal and recycling service. Lot 1: New College Lanarkshire are seeking to appoint a single Washroom Services Contractor, including Clinical Waste, with the objective to help further drive the Colleges value for money objectives. The Contractor shall be required to provide a reliable, efficient, auditable and cost-effective Washroom and Clinical Material & Waste Services including washroom services, disposal and recycling service which complies with all current legislation and all legislation currently published in statute but not yet in force. The Contractor appointed will also provide the necessary management information including uplift details, the weights of waste to landfill and recycling. The Contractor shall work with the colleges to improve efficiency and reduce costs. The College wishes to promote waste minimisation and to reduce the environmental impact of waste through beneficial opportunities.
