Essex County Council (ECC) has procured a four-year framework agreement for construction services to replace the previous construction framework (ECF2) which expired in early 2024. The new framework (ECF3) will provide design and construction services for education and other capital construction and major maintenance projects and is available to other contracting authorities. Lot 2: Lot 2 £500,000 - £4m Essex County Council (ECC) has procured a four-year framework agreement for construction services to replace the previous construction framework (ECF2) which expired in early 2024. The new framework (ECF3) will provide design and construction services for education and other capital construction and major maintenance projects and is available to other contracting authorities. Lot 2 will cover works from £500,000 - £4.5m in value. Lot 3: Lot 3 £4m+ Essex County Council (ECC) has procured a four-year framework agreement for construction services to replace the previous construction framework (ECF2) which expired in early 2024. The new framework (ECF3) will provide design and construction services for education and other capital construction and major maintenance projects and is available to contracting authorities. Lot 3 will cover works over £4m in value. Social Value is not included in the award criteria for this lot, as it will be included at call-off level with social value to be delivered against each specific project.
