Demolition of 1No Existing Fire Damaged Property and Building of 2No New Properties The works comprise of the demolition of existing fire damaged building and replacement with a pair of 5 bedroomed M4(3) compliant 2 storey semi-detached houses. Includes level access and lift and some works to alter parking bays in highway. The form of contract will be the JCT Intermediate Contract with Contractor's Design 2016 edition with amendments.
