Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre - Fire Stopping Works Package

Hillingdon Council are seeking a suitably qualified contractor for the Fire Stopping project at the Platinum Jubilee Leisure Centre. Works include but not limited to the following: - Design and carry out fire stopping to builders work holes, to close gaps and holes around fire rated enclosures and the like, as detailed on the documents attached to this enquiry, including the pricing schedule. - Provide necessary plant, tools, consumables, temporary works, access to enable safe access to and completion of the fire stopping works. - Provide access up to 4m above structural floor level. Above this level, or where standing scaffold is required this will be provided by the Employer. - Clear temporary works, arisings, debris and the like to a central point, skip or the like agreed with the Employer. All clearance to be completed at the end of the works, or as and when required to ensure minimum disruption to all works, surrounding areas, other trades, or immediately if your works are compromising health and safety. - Provide full co-ordination with the MEP contractor, bricklayer, dry liner and all other package contractors with interfaces affected by your works. - There will be no guarantee of sequence of work, or minimum levels of work made available to any one trade, although best endeavours will be made to coordinate the works with other trades. - Protection of your completed and/or partially completed works will be deemed to be included in the Contract Sum. The contract will be JCT Minor Works Building Contract with Contractors Design 2016 with amendments. Programme to be agreed with the successful contractor prior to start.
