Parc Ty Gwyn - Remedial Works to Carriageway

Tender description

The Park Ty Gwyn – Remedial Works comprises of the final completions works of the previously part completed carriageway on Ffordd Berth Ddu, as well as remedial work on the highway for the rest of the Business Park to ensure the estate road are to a safe standard. The proposed scope of works will also include preparation work, road re-construction, new kerbing surfacing, solar street lighting and road markings. It should be noted that the Park Ty Gwyn Business Park is occupied and that the Successful Contractor will be required to maintain continual access at all times to existing occupiers and visitors to the Business Park. The construction works will comply with all relevant highway construction standards.
