Tender description

1. The Contracting Authority invites expressions of interest for implementation of a Time and Attendance Management System (software and terminal based) to comply with the provisions of the EU WTD and of the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 (OWTA) integrated with a bespoke Software HR Application (Oracle Forms). 2. The Oracle Forms Applications (On Premise) was recently upgraded and is hosted on new virtualised infrastructure. 3. Infrastructure design and security requirements will be provided to the successful shortlisted candidates as part of award stage. 4. The Oracle Applications are currently protected by an IdAAS hosted on a Hyperscale Cloud Platform (HCP) over a secure backbone. 5. Ability to implement a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to meet EU WTD and the Organisation of Working Time Act 1997 (OWTA) requirement’s with extensions delivered through feature driven development (FDD).
