Tender description

Full refurbishment of roof including replacement sheeting, cutting out and replacing rotten timbers, create new box gutter system as detailed in the drawing package. Internal full strip out and replacement of damaged plasterboard, insulation, decoration and new floor coverings. Structural steel to be installed with foundation pads then fully boxed in as designed by the structural engineer, strip out and reinstate all M&E items. Lot 1: This project is a direct award through the SPA PB3 Framework.
