DICE GF Refurbishment Construction Package

Tender description

Please find attached the tender documents for the DICe refurbishment project at NTU. Could you please provide a cost for the works, details of the project are below and in the attached tender pack. Project overview: • NTU DICe building refurbishment, city campus. • Refurbishment works of existing teaching and office space. Predominantly to level 0 and some elements of works to other levels (1-3) • The building will be vacant, and you will be the Principal Contractor • Works comprise of mainly, wall, floor and ceiling finishes with areas of new walls and partitions. • You will be required to manage the attendance of NTU's M&E, security and IT trades during the works. They will not be your sub contractors. • Your contract works are to be completed by Friday 6th September 2024 • Works can start as soon as possible, aiming early June 2024 Its mandatory that for you to attend site to understand the score of the works.
