Contract for Web Development Discovery

Tender description

We require a delivery partner for Discovery, which is user focused and uses competitor analysis and customer insight to determine user journeys, customer personas and end-to-end customer experience mapped across the website, content and e-forms. We are looking to extend the work into alpha to explore ideas and build prototypes in order to solve the problems identified throughout discovery, once discovery is complete.
