Deep Retrofit –Pumped cavity where possible. Roof insulation and replace older windows. Note Block E upgrades is progressing as a separate capital project and given the extent of demolition it is excluded from Pathfinder Services Upgrades – Switch to lead ASHP with oil boilers as backup and peak loading Separate Heat Pump temperature / systems for heating and domestic hot water Electrical infrastructure to suit – new ESBN supply and onsite substation Roof mounted PV installation – target 162kW – 373 panel system Deep Retrofit –Pumped cavity where possible.
