These are two separate ITT's, one to replace the Fire Alarm System In Cwrt Mawr H & the other to replace the Fire Alarm System in Cwrt Mawr J.Both works will be as follows:-• Replace and dispose of main Gents panels and detection devices• Retain and reuse existing loop wiring• Supply and install Advanced Electronics MxPro5 control panel with Hochiki esp devices as a L2 system to BS5839-1:2017• Integrate kitchen door monitoring• Install audible and visual warning devices• Install loop powered interfaces – Boiler shutdown/Salto release• Replace vibrating pillow connections• Commission new system• Asbestos – A PC sum of £3K is entered into the Schedule of works for unforeseen worksNOTE: The authority is using eTenderwales to carry out this procurement process.
