Tender description

Corserv Solutions Ltd on behalf of Cornwall Housing Ltd are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake work to a vacated flat to make ready to relet. The works include chimney demolition, insulation, re-wiring, decoration and miscellaneous repairs under JCT minor works contract. Please see the attached documents for the full scope of works. The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tenderer based on 30% Quality and 70% Price.
