Tender description

Swale Borough Council is inviting Expressions of Interest to quote for Burial Software.\r \r The contract will involve the provision, hosting, licensing and support of appropriate burial software to enable the Council to accurately provide the burial service, maintain records and provide an interface for colleagues, contractors and the public. The service will also provide for data migration of existing records and appropriate training.\r \r The contract shall commence on 14 May 2024 and terminate on 13 May 2029. The bidder/s who submit/s the Most Economically Advantageous Quotation will be awarded the contract. \r \r Expressions of Interest and the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document must be submitted / uploaded on the Council's e-tendering portal. The closing date for submission of Expressions of Interest and the closing date for the RFQ is 04/04/2024 at 09:00hrs.\r
